Wondering what to serve with Korbel’s California Champagne Rita? Nothing says California like breakfast burritos. Scrambled eggs rolled inside of a large flour tortilla with avocados, cheese, and all the fixings also makes for easy grab-and-go brunch treats. The Drink: KORBEL California Champagne Rita½ oz. el Jimador® Blanco tequila
½ oz. triple sec
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
1 187ml bottle KORBEL® Brut
Add first four ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well, and strain into a pint glass filled with ice. Attach a Flip-It Clip to the rim of the glass, and invert the KORBEL bottle into the drink. If you don’t have a clip, simply float the KORBEL on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a lime.
The Look: For this, set the table with lots of tea candles and brightly colored flowers. Now it’s time to pop that cork!
Brunch Fiesta: Margarita Fizz with Huevos Rancheros!
